Woodland View/B78 3AG - Matt Jarvis

Rented a large house Woodland View, Hopwas, Tamworth, Staffs, B78 3AG. Paid going rate of £2500 per month but were told they expected £3500 as they had been getting that out of Aston Villa FC. Matt Jarvis owner/Landlord is a Premiership footballer. Genuinly unpleasant experience whilst at the property. Paying for repairs etc ourselves, got the impression Millennium would do anything landlord said. The house is not worth the rent or asking price for sale now in our view and to cap it off were robbed of over £3000 of garden furniture and ornaments whilst leaving, by the next door neighbour who was today charged with the offence. Due to sorting out we took an extra day to leave and were charged a full weeks rent on top. We recommend you do not use the agent or buy the house. Its not what you would expect to live there.
