Hair, Beauty Tips and Nail Art
Employability for example CV writing, understanding job specification, how to fill in a job application form, mock interviews
Confidence Building Workshops for example presentation skills, communication skills and effective writing skills
Introduction to Computers – effective use of social media, search engines, setting up of email accounts and use of Microsoft word.
English Speaking Skills
Health Awareness Sessions - guest speakers provide information on health related issues.
‘Food from around the world' – healthy recipes and cookery sessions
Fitness sessions include Zumba Fitness, Pilates Mat Exercise, Body Tone, Aerobics and Belly Dancing.
Free Health Checks and Personal Diet and Fitness Plans – focussing on individual needs
We provide free empathic, confidential and professional counselling service. Our service is multi-lingual, cultural and faith sensitive. It is open to 18+ female clients. If you have anything on your mind and you feel like talking to someone give us a call and we will book you 6-8 free counselling sessions. We also provide one to one support, self-esteem and confidence building sessions.
