• Disgusting Treatment

  NEVER SEND THIS COMPANY MONEY. I have waited for three months for a refund. Been lied too, had broken promises of refund with cheque is lost in post. I get the same excuses all the time when I phone. Worst company I know of !!!! Reported to Watchdog and am reporting to Trading Standards.

  i have dealt with this company for a number of years and have never had any problems,order embroiderd clothing for several of my business,s and its perfect.yes we had a problem with a package once but it was due to nowbody been there to sign for it,helpful staff.sure there isnt a vendetta against them????

• Just awful!

  I did recieve clothing from this "company" after many weeks of lies and being fobbed off. However, none of it was embroidered so no good to me. I am trying to get a refund but they wont collect the goods so my cc company won't refund. Its been a nightmare and extremely annoying being blatantly lied to everytime I phone up. I've tried being nice, nasty and everything in between but you just get the same bland response "someone will call you back later" which they have no intention of doing!

  Avoid this company LIKE THE PLAGUE! My experience with this company is exactly the same as the other 2 posters. It's been 2 months since I placed my order with no sign of it. Each time I get a different excuse and am assured it will be with me in a few days. The excuses I have been given to date are... a)You have it ......errr I do?!? b)It's with the delivery company c) We can't find your order d) It's out of stock e) my dog ate it (ok maybe not this one!) They do not deserve to still be in business

• Keep away from Uniform Your Business

  Placed order several weeks ago. Difficult to get them on the phone and no responses to email. No sign of my order and dispite requests for a delivery date no response. I have now cancelled my order and awaiting a refund. KEEP AWAY

• AVOID THIS COMPANY

  After being told numerous times that my order had been shipped, (even given other peoples tracking numbers several times) found out it never was sent. Finally received it 6 weeks later only to get an item so badly embroidered I'd be embarrased to wear it. I was told they would replace it,since they agreed it was a poorly done job, now more excuses as to why it hasn't been done. Over 2 months later after placing an order, Im still waiting.Trading Standards has been contacted and is looking in to the matter.
