  Alex provided very helpful, knowledgable advice and an extremely competitive quote. On completion, everything was taken away and the site left completely clean and tidy. Our neighbours were very impressed with the finished job. Will definitely recommend Alex and use again in future.

  Alex came and gave a very reasonable quote. The only reason i knew he had been was because the trees we wanted to be cut down were gone! Yeh! Even our neighbour commeneted how good they were clearing up any branches and bits that had fallen onto their side. Will def use again!

  I would recommend Alex's business unreservedly, following the work he did at our school, in preparing a large area of woodland for a forest school site. Nothing was too much trouble, he gave an extremely competitive quote and was very supportive while carrying out the work, which was done quickly, efficiently and to an exceptional standard; Alex even found someone who was willing to purchase some of the wood from us with the money going to school.   Alex has to be one of the best tree surgeons in the area, his knowledge and surefooted approach to tree work are second to none. We had some very large Beech trees dismantled by Alex and his team in 2005 he was extremely competent at his work utilising all his expertise and been fully equipped wanted for nothing in getting the job done in the minimum time and with no fuss. He even managed to get a crane without difficulties. This is important to us here at Benthall Hall, as being a National Trust property safe and consciousness working is paramount. The team left the site without even a sniff of sawdust and the only evidence that they had been here was the missing tree. Alex even recommended a stumpgrinding service, who like Alex were very professional. Because of this initial job we have had no problems in making Alex our resident tree surgeon, he is always willing to help and is always available just when we need him. A job well done.
