The HIP Code provides protection for homebuyers, sellers, estate agents, conveyancers and mortgage lenders who rely on the information included in a Home Information Pack (HIP) provided on residential property within England and Wales. It sets out minimum standards which HIP providers have to meet. All of our assessors are fully insured and accredited to carry out inspections at your property. We only use searches that have been authorised to use in a HIP and not unauthorised searches which are not officially recognised and therefore will not be accepted by most solicitors.
