• Terrible terrible terrible

  My dog started being sick on a Monday. Tuesday I took it to this vet and Friday my dog was dead. They have been useless in diagnosing what was making my dog sick. All they did is give it a pain killer and send me back home with the dog. Staff at reception are rude...type of service you would expect from a 17 year old fast food employee who can't wait for their shift to end. On the Friday I was at the vet begging staff at reception to make me speak to a doctor as my dog was really in a bad state. They would not let me speak with a vet because apparently all vets were busy. Did they give me an alternative? A number to call or anything ? No...once I gave up arguing I went back home and 10 minutes later my dog died. My dog suffered for a week because I stupidly trusted this vet. Stay away from this vet if you care about your pet.

• Rosewood Animal Hospital

  I can only give the highest rating to Rosewood Animal Hospital. When our dog was diagnosed with cancer we were told not to bother having him treated. We went to Rosewood and 5.1/2 years on our Beardie is still here with us, thanks to Beth and her wonderful staff. We have had wonderful service and support.
