• AVOID THESE LOT AT ALL COSTS

  avoid this company at all costs! mr Surj Dhami of this company advised me of a camera to buy for my needs, it was £200 + and it turned up needing professional setup and installation, which i bit the bullet and arranged, even though it was sold as a plug n play type, however when the installer fitted it, the lens was way too strong for the distance involved, so after various requests and threats of legal action, he replaced it with a cheaper type and no refund of the difference, however this again needed pro installation and a lot of money to fit, so i requested a refund for the total including postage, to which i was told to go and buy some crap from b&q which is all my knid of person should get! this company in my opinion is a drop shipper type organisation, as both cameras were sent direct from the manufacturer, and i feel that they dont know much about the technology they are trying to sell people, so beware, as the slow deliveries and 1 month + battle for a refund is not worth the hassle of dealing with this type of outfit, they give internet based companies a very bad name
