• Great tast food, bad customer service

  Totally agree with Samantha C. I've been a loyal customer for over 2 years now, it's purely for the excellent food... customer service requires somewhat urgent attention!! .. we get on well, but seems he gets some sort of mood swings :-( confusing at times! ... on the bright side you must taste this Chef/restaurants/take-away food... it really is very desirable wanting you to put the negatives aside and want to go back for more.... best rgds Bobby, Claregate, Wolverhampton. www.eliteroadcraft.co.uk

• brilliant food, bad custom

  me and my friend recently went for a meal in this resturant. The food served was of excellent standard and not a morsel left and the service did get off to a good start but as the resturant got busier the staffs tempers got shorter. At one point the chef came out and started shouting at a customer waiting, in front of the entire place and didn't offer out any apology to the diners. At the end of our meal, my friend gave her praise to the chef on the food we'd eaten and he just humphed at her, turned on his heel and stomped off. i cannot fault the food and if you can turn a blind eye to the atmosphere then i suggest going to try the food but i was put off, and for the slightly over-priced menu you expect the service, as well as the food, to be good.
