• Always amazing

  This shop always has helpful and polite staff. The range of toys is exceptional and we always leave with something, either for the kids or ourselves. It has two floors worth of goodies, the downstairs, from what I can tell, houses the younger child's playthings whereas the upper level consists mainly of older kids toys, including some adult toys too such as; Airfix, Jigsaws and board games. Well recommended.

• unsatifactory staff stupid

  i have always enjoyed visiting this shop but i will not be using it any more and will recommend others of the same as today on my nieces 18th birthday she accidentally left a bag in there containing her birth certificate/keys with pic of her on/20pound b day money/hair straighteners/makeup/in wen relising she run back to be told by one staff member that its just here hangon as it had been handed in just as she went 2 get it a young jamaican boy working there comes in of his lunch break and says sorry some1 come in 4 it 2 jamaican women i gave it them he didnt ask them no ? as if he had asked them wat was in it i dnt think they would well no they wouldnt have been able 2 tell him i am extremly annoid by it all as also she was told u shouldnt have left it there she was very uset an i will definatly be taking the matter further unless she recieves compensation for her loss and upset caused by it !!
