Exceedingly rude staff with zero customer service skills

I avoid this shop as the staff display a level of contempt and rudeness towards the customer that I find quite amazing. The owner watches you like a hawk and often follows you round the shop as if he thinks you're about to shoplift. He once stood inches behind me while at I was paying for my stuff - perhaps he was checking my currency wasn't forged? Then there's one of the male staff, possibly owner's son judging by how obnoxious he is, who has often made rude comments about me within earshot. They talk about customers in Asian while you're at the till, thinking you don't realise it's about you or what they're saying. They basically treat the customer with contempt. You couldn't pay me to enter this shop. They think because they have some little empire of shops that customer service doesn't apply to them, it's just get them through the till as fast as possible because after all, making money is all they're interested in. Well it won't be via my custom!
